Final Four Set

After ten regular season games and a twelve team tournament, the semi-finals are set with four solid teams to cap off our final season.  The four top seeded teams made it through to the semi-final round to be held on August 8th at Fellowship Missionary Church.  The semi-finals start at 6pm with the championship game directly after.  Join us for what promises to be the BEST basketball in the Midwest!

Week One Location Change

Due to a shattered backboard, Week 1 games scheduled for June 20 have been relocated to the former campus of Taylor University, located at 1025 West Rudisill Blvd, in Fort Wayne. Click here for a map to this location.

Best Leagues Launches With 12 Teams for the 2010 Season

All roster spots have been filled during the pre-draft workout held at Fellowship Missionary Church on June 6th. The workout was intense and drew a professional D-league coach from the Mad Ants. The D- League is a farm system for the NBA and the Mad Ants are the local team with connections to the Indiana Pacers and Detroit Pistons. This season will prove to be the BEST yet. Remembering the Legacy

Best Leagues will be honoring the life and legacy of former Best Leagues player, Jeron "Mavelous" Lewis throughout the 2010 season. Each team will have a #40 uniform, and all uniforms will have a patch in his memory. In addition, there will be a special award given at the end of the season in honor of Jeron.

Best Leagues© Announces an Agreement with Brand40 Athletics to become the Official Uniform and Apparel Manufacturer of Best League Gear.

Brand40 is manufacturer and provider of pro level and collegiate uniforms worn by some of the best teams and leagues in the United States.  Best League players will be outfitted with a pro cut uniform as part of their 2009 league registration.  Each team will have a unique team name, color scheme and design.  “We are excited about our partnership with Brand40 Athletics.  Their apparel is second to none and our players will be proud to wear their gear”, said Bill Hickle, Best Leagues Commissioner.  Hickle also said, “Brand40 is a great company and we both want to provide excellent products and services for basketball players.  We both work hard at doing what is right.”
